Boys & Girls Club Teen Center
Project Scope: New teen recreation center

The Boys & Girls Club Teen Center is a 1,500-square-foot remodel that transformed an existing open-air exterior storage space into an enclosed recreation center. The space is complete with a kitchenette, restrooms, a study area, lounge with charging stations for tablets and cell phones. The Friede team removed the existing metal wall panels and slab to aid in installing the new necessary plumbing. A new slab, wall structure, wall panels, and windows enclosed the space. The finishes provided by local contractors included carpet, luxury vinyl plank flooring, brightly colored walls, and ceiling fans to keep the club members cool and comfortable in the warmer months.
