Morgan Tribbey, Director of Project Management

Morgan joined Friede & Associates in 2008 as an administrative assistant. She became a Contract Administrator in 2012, was named a Project Manager in 2020, and was promoted to Director of Project Management in 2023. She is a Certified Administrative Professional in office management as well as a Certified Documents Technologist. Morgan has taken numerous courses in areas such as contracts, change order management, and leadership, and is a Certified Administrative Professional - specializing in Organizational Management and holds a Construction Documents Technology designation.

As a project manager, Morgan’s responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and monitoring construction schedules, monitoring and adjusting budgets, cost control, document review, contract compliance, and creating avenues for resolution when conflicts arise during our projects. She enjoys being in the field learning from our talented superintendents, subcontractors, and peers, as well as working on local projects that help the communities grow and improve.

On her weekends, you’ll find Morgan catching a Badgers or Packers game, gardening, hiking, refurbishing old furniture, kayaking, swimming, and spending time with her family and dogs.
