Project Scope: New retail building

The newest True Value in the country opened in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, just in time for the 2015 Christmas season. The 24,000-square-foot Metallic pre-engineered building features extensive timber framing at all entrances and creates a complete retail center with the addition of an exterior greenhouse, and lawn and garden center. 

The project, which Friede & Associates completed in just seven months, continues the retail development on Marquette Road in Prairie du Chien which is now home to Walgreens, Ashley Furniture, and Cabela’s.

This project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin as a 2016 Gold Project of Distinction and by Metallic Building Company with the 2016 Design-Build Excellence Award.
