Pat Weber, Vice President of Field Operations

Pat came to Friede & Associates in 2000 as a carpenter. In 2008, Pat was moved into the superintendent position at Friede, and in the summer of 2018, he was named General Superintendent. Pat was promoted to Project Manager & Estimator in 2021 and VP of Field Operations in 2023. Pat is certified in Healthcare Construction, Lead and Asbestos Renovation, and OSHA 10. He has training in safety, concrete troubleshooting, human resources for the craft professional, crew leadership, site layout, and print reading.

As VP of Field Operations, Pat organizes Friede’s job sites and manpower to ensure jobs have appropriate coverage. The most rewarding part of working with the Friede team is seeing a project when it’s complete. In his free time, Pat enjoys camping, riding his motorcycle, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
