No one would have predicted that when the Scalzo Hospitality Group purchased the Ramada Inn hotel in the Wisconsin Dells, their partnership with Friede & Associates as their contractor would ultimately grow to include construction work at their hotels in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin and at the Ramada Plaza in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
One of the many projects the Friede team has performed for Scalzo was the remodeling of the lobby and the addition of a new entry canopy at the Ramada in the Dells. Friede has also performed various room renovation and pool renovation projects at this hotel since 2008.
