Nelson True Value: Prairie du Chien’s Newest Retail Center

Nelson True Value | Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin | Friede & Associates

The newest True Value in the country opened in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, just in time for the 2015 Christmas season.

The new 24,000-square-foot Metallic pre-engineered metal building features extensive timber framing at all entrances and creates a complete retail center with the addition of an exterior greenhouse, and lawn and garden center.

The project, which Friede & Associates completed in just seven months, continues the retail development along Marquette Road in Prairie du Chien that is now home to Walgreens, Ashley Furniture, and Cabela’s.
